Lodge Booking Process
The booking experience at Pokegama Lake Lodge is very easy and customizable depending on the size of your group, custom experiences, and general accommodation needs.
Booking Instructions
We appreciate your interest in reserving accommodations at Pokegama Lake Lodge for your upcoming family vacation or corporate retreat. We use Tukkuruk Vacation Homes as our rental management company, and all rooms are booked through that website.
We offer a variety of room rental options to accommodate both small and larger groups, customizable itineraries, and various levels of required privacy for your stay. At the Lodge, we offer for rent; private rooms (hotel style), Private cabin’s (Trapper’s Cabin), The Entire Main Lodge, or The Entire Resort for rent for very large groups.
NOTE: All rentals except for Private Room Rentals, require a signed lease for the duration of your stay. For more information on the leasing process and requirements, please see our Lodge’s Policies.
To begin the booking process, please answer the following questions for you or your group needs, and then you can see our available booking options, pricing, privacy, and availability in our rental options below.
Booking Instructions
- Determine your required dates and possible alternatives?
- Determine the total number of adults and children?
- Determine the # of bedrooms and beds needed?
- Do you need privacy for your group?
- Will you be cooking your own meals, or would like it catered?
- Any special requests for your stay?
- Do you need a conference room?
- Will this be a large group, ie; reunion, business retreat, or a wedding?
